Before you commit, we offer a free ‘chemistry’ session where you and your coach check that you want to work together.
Coaching sessions are organised to meet your needs and constraints. An initial run of 6 sessions is typical. They are usually 90 – 120 minutes, face-to-face and take place every 4 – 6 weeks.
We start with your current challenges and future aspirations to set goals and devise a bespoke programme of coaching.
We draw on what you know of yourself, the perceptions of those who know you well, psychometrics and 360s, and our own observations.
We frequently check on progress and whether you are getting all you need from us, and we formally review at the programme mid-point.
At the end of the programme we ask you to pin-point what we’ve done well and what we could do better so that we’re even more effective next time.
